The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A- To issue appropriate Writ, order or direction whereby directing to decide the proceeding of Regular Suit No. 1582 of 2019 Shailja Chauhan & another Vs. Shailja Chauhan & anthers pending before the Learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division) Lucknow expeditiously within a period of six months." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court. 4.
