The first respondent herein filed a petition in O.S.No.137 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, against the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 16, seeking recovery of money from the petitioner and respondent Nos.1 to 16. 3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.137 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 6.
