According to him, on account of his physical disability, a notice for termination was issued to him, however, subsequently, the said notice was recalled; but, thereafter the services of the petitioner were again terminated. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner challenged the order of termination in a writ petition, which was allowed and the termination order was set-aside and petitioner was directed to be reinstated with all consequential benefits. 5. According to the petitioner, certain benefits including arrears of salary for certain period have not been paid to him regarding which he has made a representation. The representation is on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition; the same is made to the Managing Director. 6. Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation assures that decision on the representation, if already not taken, shall be taken within 2025:UHC:10858 three months. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director to take decision on petitioner’s representation within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
