The record indicates that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by means of the order dated 9.5.2025, after hearing the parties, found that it is a fit case for being referred to the arbitrator and the Court had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.U.Khan (Former judge of this Court) to act as an Arbitrator and sought his consent. The record further indicates that the consent letter was received on 22.5.2025 from the proposed Arbitrator. Accordingly, this Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.U.Khan (Former Judge of this Court) as an Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same. The Senior Registrar of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.U.Khan (Retired Judge of this Court), Flat No. 404, Samaiah Malrose Square, Sector- 6-C, Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow-226029, Mobile No.- 9415348797, who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.
