Mazumder, learned counsel for the applicant. Page No.# 3/3 The present interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant, seeking correction of typographical error which had inadvertently crept in the order, dated 16.06.2025, passed by this Court in WP(c)3402/2023. It appears that in paragraph No. 2 of Page 2 of the said order, dated 16.06.2025, the date of engagement of the petitioner by the Managing Committee of Jambari High Madrassa, Dhubri, has been reflected as “05.06.2017”. However, the said date ought to have been “05.02.2007”. On a perusal of the materials brought on record, this Court is of the considered view that an inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order, dated 16.06.2025, and the same would be required to be so corrected. In view of the above, the date of engagement of the petitioner by the Managing Committee of Jambari High Madrassa, Dhubri, as “05.06.2017” as occasioned in paragraph No. 2 of Page 2 of the said order, dated 16.06.2025, is corrected and the same would now be read as “05.02.2007”. The present order shall also form a part of the order, dated 16.06.2025, and both the orders would be construed together by the respondents.
