In view of the order proposed to be passed, the notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned First Information Report (in short F.I.R.) dated 22.07.2025 bearing F.I.R./ Case Crime No.0113 of 2025, under Section 137 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Bazar Khala, District-Lucknow, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. 4. Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced the copy of instructions letter dated 07.08.2025 sent by the Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Bazar Khala, District-Lucknow addressing to the Government Advocate, High Court, Lucknow, the same is taken on record. 5. In this instructions letter, it has been categorically indicated that the victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. has not levelled any allegations against the present petitioner and on the basis of her statement recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S., the final report has been filed. Therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6. In the wake of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition. 7. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed being infructuous. 8. Consigned to record.
