The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 3 District Magistrate Sitapur to remove the opposite party No.8 Ramesh Kumar Gram Pradhan Gram Panchayat Kasanva Vikas Khand Sidhauli District Sitapur from the post of Pradhan under section 95(1)(g) of U.P. Panchyat Raj Act on the basis of enquiry report dated 04.02.2025." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the inquiry has been concluded and nothing wrong was found against the Gram Pradhan. 4. In view of the said report, no further direction can be issued. 5. The present petition stands disposed of.
