The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 23.05.2025, whereby the District Judge has not passed any order on the application filed by the petitioner for interim relief. 3. It is argued that initially the matter was directed to be listed on 14.07.2025 and thereafter on 24.07.2025 when the lawyers were on strike and now the matter has been adjourn to 07.08.2025. 4. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that there is an extreme urgency for grant of interim order. 5. In view of the said, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the District Judge to pass orders on the interim application filed by the petitioner in Civil Revision No.38 of 2024 positively within a period of one week from today.
