Heard. 2. Cause shown for delay in filing the appeal appears to be sufficient and is to the satisfaction of this Court. 3. Application is allowed. Consequently, delay in filing the special appeal is hereby condoned. Order on appeal 4. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already dismissed special appeal bearing Special Appeal Defective no.272 of 2022 by a detailed order and has affirmed the judgment of the Single Judge i.e. the same judgment which is challenged herein. In fact, by the judgment dated 06.05.2022, two writ petitions bearing Writ A No.32882 of 2019 and Writ A No.8366 of 2017 were allowed. 5. Having gone through the Division Bench judgment, we see no reason to differ from the reasons given therein, rather we concur and dismiss this appeal also for the same reasons. 6. It is also informed that in other connected appeals the benefit of judgment dated 06.05.2022 passed in Writ A No.32882 of 2019 and Writ Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : C.S.C. Counsel for Respondent(s) : Avinash Tiwari State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Finance, Govt. Of U.P. Lko. And Another .....Appellant(s) Dr. Om Prakash Gupta And Another .....Respondent(s) A No.8366 of 2017 has been given. Therefore, the said connected appeals being Special Appeal Defective No.17 of 2025, Special Appeal Defective No.18 of 2025 and Special Appeal Defective No.28 of 2025 are also devoid of merit for the reasons given in the judgment dated 15.03.2023 passed in Special Appeal Defective no.272 of 2022.
