Heard Sri Vivek Chandra, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri S.P. Singh, the learned State Counsel. 2. By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicant has challenged the validity of an order dated 04.07.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki, whereby the application filed by the applicant for his discharge in relation to Case Crime No. 0014 of 2023 under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki has been rejected. 3.The applicant has got a statutory remedy of filing a revision under Section 397 Cr.P.C available to him. In view of the availability of the statutory remedy, this Court does not find any more ground to invoke the inherent powers of this Court. 4.
