Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent have filed a joint memo reporting settlement. The memo is signed by the petitioner as well as the respondent. 3. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.4,66,000/- to the respondent and the respondent has agreed to receive the said amount towards full satisfaction of his claim. 4.
