Mr. Anil K. Bisht, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Dutt Kandpal, Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent nos. 1 to 3. 3. Petitioner is serving as Headmistress in Government Primary School, Diyarkot, District Chamoli. She has been posted in Government Primary School, Langasu, vide order dated 8.8.2025. Feeling aggrieved by the said order, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Learned State Counsel was asked to get instructions. On instructions, he submits that petitioner was serving continuously at Diyarkot since 2005, there were some complaints received against the petitioner that she is playing politics in the village, therefore after inquiry, the impugned order was passed. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the complaint was motivated, as petitioner had taken necessary steps for constructing a boundary wall over the land belonging to the school. He submits that the School Management Committee has appreciated the work and conduct of the petitioner in a letter issued on 8.8.2025. 6. Be that as it may, since petitioner has served at Diyarkot for last two decades, therefore, this Court is not 2025:UHC:9944 inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 7. The writ petition is, however, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for her regular transfer to a place of her choice, by making a representation. If she makes such representation regarding her regular transfer within ten days from today, the competent authority shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
