CWP-1930-2022 (O&M)
-2-
Learned counsel for the respondents, at the very outset, submits that in view of the interim order dated 03.02.2022 passed by this Court, the candidature of the petitioner was considered against the abovesaid category. The petitioner has, however, failed to make it into the final select list. He thus contends that the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Leaned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert the same.
Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
All other misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
(VINOD S. BHARDWAJ) MAY 07, 2025.
