The reply/counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the applicant has to move a representation/application to the respondent along with appropriate amount to show his bona fide before the Branch Manager concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of order dated 01.03.2024 passed in Writ C No. 2094 of 2024, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks. It is further submitted that the applicant had moved an application but no reasonable amount has been deposited to show his bona fide, so first he had to comply with the judgment and order dated 01.03.2024 only thereafter, the contempt application is maintainable. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the applicant had only moved an application without depositing the reasonable amount to show his bona fide and prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh at the appropriate stage. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
