The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) By a writ, order or direction the respondent No.1 may be directed to decide and dispose of the interim application under Order-39, Rule-1 and 2 filed along with the Regular Suit No. 2932/2019 titled (Bholanath Tandon (deceased) and another versus Gopal Tandon and another) pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), South, Lucknow, within a time frame in accordance with law, as may be deemed just and proper in the present circumstances by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid interim application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
