Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to relieve petitioner in pursuance of earlier order dated 07.05.2022 whereby he had been transferred. 3. It is submitted that subsequently petitioner has been promoted on the post of Head Constable in the year 2025 but his place of posting has been indicated as per the earlier order dated 07.05.2022. He, therefore, seeks relieving in terms thereof. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.4 i.e. Commandant 15th BN, PAC, Agra who shall consider and decide the same in terms of the aforesaid orders within a period of ten days' from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
