M BALASUBRAHMANYAM The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing police protection/for aid in implanting the order of 2 injunction granted in I.A.No. 1207 of 2019 in O.S.No. 215 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili in respect of the property of an extent of Ac. 3-18 cts in S.No. 24/2 of Ramayyapatnam, S.Rayavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as illegal, arbitrary, non exercising the powers vested with the office and violation of Arts 14 and 21 of the Constititon of India and consequently direct the respondents to provide the police protection/aid in implementing the order injunction in I.A.No. 1207 of 2019 in O.S.No. 215 of 2019.” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, since this is a civil matter, unless there is a judicial order, they cannot provide Police protection to the Petitioner. 4. As can be seen from the record, this petition is filed seeking police aid by virtue of ad-interim injunction obtained by the Petitioner in I.A.No.1207 of 2019 in O.S.No.215 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili. Petitioner also filed the docket proceedings of the concerned Court to show that the interim injunction is extended until further orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take necessary steps according to law so long as the injunction is in his favour. There shall be no order as to costs.
