This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condoning the delay of 188 days in filing the connected substitution petition. The grounds for delay have been properly explained in paragraph 4 of this application. On perusal of the grounds for delay in the said paragraph, this court is of the view that the applicant was prevented by a sufficient cause for not filing the Page No.# 3/3 substitution petition within the stipulated period of time. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing the delay. In view of the above, the delay of 188 days in preferring the connected substitution petition is hereby condone. With the above direction, the I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
