Case has been called in the revised list. 2. Learned State Counsel, on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court dated 04.06.2024 has been complied with. The relevant extract of the judgment is quoted here-in- below. "Looking into the averments made in the writ petition, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation to the SSP concerned and in case if such an representation/application is moved, the SSP concerned shall take appropriate decision and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. " 3. It is further submitted that the representation of the petitioner in compliance of the judgment of the writ court has been decided by order dated 15.07.2024, the copy of which has been produced during the course of argument, which is taken on record. 4. Neither learned counsel for the applicant is present to raise objection against the submissions made by learned State Counsel nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case as such. The respondent has complied with the judgment and order passed by the writ Court by deciding the representation of the applicant. 5.
