Jaydad Late Hariram.', currently pending before the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.15, Sultanpur, with respect to properties mentioned with the application, expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by the Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3.
