Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. who appears on behalf of the State-respondent nos.1 to 3. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to Opposite Party No.1, 2 and 3 not to harass the Petitioner in relation to the First Information Report (heroinafter and hereinbefore referred to as "FIR") dated 24.06.2024 in Case Crime No. 11/2024 lodged by the Opposite Party No. 4 against Amarjeet u/s 50-4, 506, IPC and 66C, 66D IT Act, at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Amethi and also in relation to the Order dated 16.05.2025 passed by the Learned Court of Additional Civil Judge/ Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 35, Sultanpur wherety proceedings under section 82 CrPC has been initiated against the accused of FIR No. 11/2024." 3. Learned A.G.A., at the outset, has produced before this Court the instructions sent by the Incharge Inspector, Cyber Crime Police Station, District Amethi, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is not an accused in the aforesaid crime and she is not being harassed. She is daughter-in-law of the main accused Amarjeet. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authorities not to unduly harass the petitioner in case she is neither named in the F.I.R. nor wanted in some other offence.
