SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.07.24 14:14:03 +0530 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to initiate proceedings for division of assets and liabilities of the CEDMAP, and further to constitute the CGCED. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to further direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner in the service. 10.4 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Notice, Annexure P/1 dated 05.02.2021 was issued to the petitioner with regard to discontinuation of contract dated 01.05.2018. It is also indicated that the last working day of the petitioner was 6th March, 2021 and the petitioner was directed to hand over records, bills, program reports etc. to the Regional Coordinator before 6th March, 2021 for final settlement. 3. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner and it appears that the order Annexure P/1 dated 05.02.2021 would have been executed, accordingly this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive his prayer, if cause of action still subsists. 4. With the aforesaid observation(s), the instant petition is hereby disposed of.
