The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the opposite parties for renewal of the Arms license bearing no. K/165/Arms/DM/Kul/2012 in the interest of justice. (ii). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to Act upon the letter dated 04.03.2025 issued by District Magistrate Pratapgarh to District Magistrate Kulgam (Jammu & Kashmir) for area validity of the Arms license has been valid for entire country (India) instead of district which is contained as Annexure No. 6 to writ petition in the interest of justice. (iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to release his Arms which was illegally occupied by the police station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh dated 29.05.2025." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
