Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for pay fixation in accordance with order dated 21.01.2025 on the basis of 1st and 2nd ACP. 3. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 01.07.2025. 4. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Ayurveda Services, Ayurveda Directorate, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide representation dated 01.07.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation date 01.07.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
