This appeal is directed against order dated 12.07.2013 passed in Service Single No. 6478 of 1999, whereby learned Single Judge, following the judgment in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5412 of 1999, dated 12.03.2012 as well as Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5654 of 1999 dated 06.12.012, allowed the writ petition filed by the respondent. 2. While the petitioners in the Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5412 of 1999 and Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5654 of 1999 were at merit No. 1 and 2 in the merit list, respectively, the petitioner in Service Single No. 6478 of 1999 was at merit No. 3 in the merit list. 3. Today, we have dismissed the Special Appeal Defective Nos. 723 of 2012, arising out of Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5412 of 1999 and 181 of 2013 arising out of Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5654 of 1999. 4. For the reasons recorded in the said Special Appeals, the present Special Appeal is also dismissed.
