Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to issue ensure the compliance of the order dated 25.5.2025 passed by Additional Collector Ist Class/Tehsildar Sadar, Balrampur contained in Annexure-1; (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachments of the opposite party no.4 within a stipulated period;" 3. The present petition has been filed seeking execution of the order dated 25.05.2025/26.05.2025 (Annexure-1to the writ petition). 4. Considering the fact that in para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Code Manual, there is a provisions for execution of an decree and order passed under the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application in the said para for execution of the order, which shall be done in accordance with law.
