Justice V. ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed for deliberate, willful and wanton disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.17686 of 2023 on
25.07.2023. 2.
The W.P.No.17686 of 2023 is allowed in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.1558 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023, wherein this Court in W.P.No.1558 of 2023 observed as under:
“….this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to pay the retirement monetary benefits to be payable and along with interest @9% p.a. on the delayed retirement benefits i.e., Full Pension, Gratuity, Encashment of Earned Leave, and Commutation of Pension, from the date of retirement to till the date of actual payments made to the petitioner, in terms of the judgment dated 12.07.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.383 of 2022.”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Ch.Satya Dev Naidu, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner, has stated that the order dated 25.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17686 of 2023 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
