The respondent Mr. Ramamoorthy appeared before me and submitted that he had received an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in cash and as far as the remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- is concerned, the same has already been deposited to the credit of S.T.C.No.964 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai and he may be permitted to withdraw the same. 4. Recording the same, the respondent herein is permitted to withdraw the same and the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukkottai, will immediately disburse the amount in favour of the respondent on filing an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court.
