Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 70(1) and 115(2) of BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the victim made different statements in FIR, the statement recorded during investigation of the case and in her statement before the learned Magistrate. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.08.2024. As such, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegations made against this petitioner. At this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
