It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 16.01.2025 while pointing out that the application for grant of interim relief has been dismissed without assigning any rhyme and reason. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the arguments raised by the present petitioner before the Commissioner, Bilaspur is not reasonable and as such the application is dismissed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after perusal of the record, I have failed to understand that the said order dated 16.01.2025 has been passed by the concerned Commissioner as well as other authorities as the petitioner has filed application for grant of stay before concerned Commissioner and other authorities, it is incumbent upon them to pass appropriate order. However, in this case, order has been passed without giving any plausible reason, the application of the petitioner has been dismissed. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter though neither the appeal memo nor the application for stay has been filed by the petitioner, however, in the interest of 4 justice, the concerned Commissioner i.e. Commissioner Bilaspur is directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner while passing appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. Till the decision of the application filed by the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed to not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Vishakha
