Roshan Ara versus Shri Gulam Zilani Khan and others" which is pending for disposal since 2021, as contained in Annexure No. 2 to this Petition, in time bound manner." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
