Order 17/01/2025 The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 11.08.2011 passed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge(Fast Track) No.4, Jaipur City Jaipur (for short ‘the trial court’) in Civil Suit No.01/2011, whereby the application for interim relief filed by the respondents-plaintiffs has been allowed and the petitioners have been directed to pay Rs.25,000/- to each
(2 of 2) [CW-14012/2011] of the claimants respondents (In toto Rs.50,000/-) as compensation. This court vide order dated 19.10.2011 while issuing notice to the respondents, stayed the operation of the order dated 11.08.2011 passed by the trial court. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the present case and more particularly in view of the fact that the suit was filed before the trial court in the year 2011, thereafter 14 years have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned
order, I dispose of civil writ petition with a direction to the trial court to decide the suit, if pending with it, expeditiously, in accordance with Law. The stay order dated 19.10.2011 passed by this court shall continue till disposal of the suit. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned trial court forthwith for information and compliance. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
