The instant contempt application has been filed by the applicant alleging disobedience of the order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 3882 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as grievance of the applicant was not being considered, he preferred Writ-A No. 3882 of 2025, which was disposed of on 10.04.2025 with liberty to the applicant to file fresh comprehensive representation before the competent authority along with earlier representation and in case any representation is filed before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months. He further submits that the order of the writ Court was communicated along with the representation, but the respondent-authority rejected the same in the most mechanical manner without considering contents of the representation. 4. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ Court as well as the order passed by competent authority on 20.06.2025, this Court is of the view that the contents of the decision taken by the authority in the light of directions issued by this Court cannot be examined in the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 5. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the decision of the respondent.
