The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 226/2024 arising out of Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 24/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-I, Nagar Untari at Garhwa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7547/2024 by order dated 16.12.2024. 4. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died in her matrimonial home because of asphyxia due to drowning. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that though, initially the case was registered under Section 304B of the I.P.C. but charge has been framed under Section 306 of the I.P.C. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2024. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-I, Nagar Untari at Garhwa in connection with S.T.
