Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to reconsider the petitioner's candidature for appointment for the post of Angandabi Karyakatri in Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahar, U.P., Lucknow. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided instructions dated 24.07.2025 a copy of which is taken on record, as per which, one Komal Devi wife of Ajay Kumar has already been selected and appointed on the said post. 4. In view of such statement being made, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition in order to enable him to challenge the said selection. 5. In view thereof, petition is dismissed granting liberty to file afresh.
