Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents, particularly respondent No.2, 3 and 4 to re-evaluate / re-check the Petitioner's Mathematics answer sheet for the Intermediate Examination 2025 bearing Roll No.2257276090, conducted by the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, with utmost diligence and impartiality and to award correct marks based on the merit of the answers and further to declare the revised result of the petitioner." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application before the competent authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 for obtaining a copy of answer sheet, in case such an application is filed, the competent authority is directed to provide the copy of the required documents within a period of two weeks to the petitioner and the petitioner would be entitled to take such steps as may be advised in future.
