Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and her landlords are in dispute over the lease property where the petitioner is doing manufacturing business in the name of M/s.Vijaya Sai Modulars. It is submitted that the 5th respondent, at behest of the landlords, is trying to interfere with the business of the petitioner. It is submitted that photographs

have been filed showing deployment of JCB and a portion of the construction was also demolished by the landlords with the aid of the 5th respondent.
3. Considering the submissions, the 5th respondent is directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and her landlords and not to disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law. Further, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”).
4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
