An impleadment application has been filed by Shri Vindeshwari Pandey, learned counsel on behalf of Shri Suresh Kumar for intervention, who states that he has applied for appointment under dying in harness rules, which has been rejected. The same is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsels for the parties. 3. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties, particularly Opposite Party No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate decision for allotment of new fair price shop in village Panchayat village Madwa, Pargana Jagdishpur Vikas Khand, Bazar Shukul, Tehsil Musafirkhana, Amethi. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties, particularly Opposite Party No. 3 and 4 to decide representation dated 08 07.2025 (contained as annexure no. 1)." 4. Considering the fact that the process of allotment has to be undertaken in accordance with law, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to take appropriate decision for allotment, in accordance with law, which shall be subject to any order being passed by any competent court of law.
