The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. To, issue the necessary order or direction to the Respondent No. 1 to decide the Regular Suit No. 102/2023 titled as (Hari Darshan Vs Smt. Aradhana alias Arti) under section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Respondent No.1 since 02.02.2023 expeditiously in a given time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
