Petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to promote the petitioner on the post of Medical Officer Grade-2 (Level-2) in pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.6600/- from the date they have completed the required period of service as per 2021 P M S Service Rules for promotion from Level-1 to Level-2 with all consequential service benefits." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, liberty is granted to file fresh representation before respondent no. 2 i.e., Director General, Medical & Health Services, Uttar Pradesh, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5.
