The petitioner by prayer No.2 has made a prayer for issuing of a mandamus to command the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 to conduct an inquiry against respondent No.4. 3. From the perusal of the entire record, it appears that the petitioner has not lodged any First Information Report and his efforts to get the First Information Report lodged have not borne fruit. If that is the case, the petitioner may approach the Magistrate under Section 175(3) B.N.S.S. 4. If an application is filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
