The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue direction to Learned Civil Judge, Avar Bahriach for decide to decide Khand, District interim application 6 ga, which is pending since 23.05.2025. In Regular Suit No. 1063 of 2025 in Smt. Poonam Singh vs Smt. Aishwariya Tripathi and Another which is pending since 23.05.2025." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court to decide the injunction application on merits on 18th August, 2025. 4. Till 18.08.2025, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the title and possession. 5. It is made clear that the trial court shall decide the injunction application on its own merits and shall not be influenced by the present order.
