Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 10.03.2025 from the Executive Engineer, Paonta B&R Division, HPPWD Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour to the effect that petitioner’s case had been considered and a speaking order was passed on 12.07.2023. Yes 2 CWP No.1055/2023, decided on 19.04.2023 2 the Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh for final sanction. Pension has also been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner on 31.01.2025. The petitioner is now drawing pension of Rs.9000/- per month. 3. Taking note of above, present execution petition is disposed of as satisfied.
