The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is suffering punishment in Central Jail Durg, District Durg since 03/07/2012 and he has completed more than 12 years in Central Jail Durg pursuant to the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 06/02/2014 and the respondent jail authorities are harrasing the petitioner and extending threat to commit murder and the authorities are trying to transfer the petitioner from Central Jail Durg to Central Jail Bastar. 3. At the very outset learned State counsel would submit that the instant petition filed by the petitioner has become infructuous as the order dated 03/04/2025 has been issued by the competent authority and the petitioner has been transferred from Central Jail, Durg to Central Jail, Jagdalpur. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been transferred from Central Jail Durg to Central Jail, Jagdalpur, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous. 5.
