Contention of the learned counsel is that despite the petitioner having retired on 15.09.2017 while working on a Class IV post under respondent No.4, her retiral dues have still not been paid. 3. Shri Virendra Pratap Singh holding brief of Shri Sampurna Nand Shukla, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.4 & 5 fairly states that entire retiral dues of the petitioner would be paid to her within a period of 3 months from today. He states that for the said purpose the petitioner may submit a representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4. Aforesaid statement is recorded. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
