Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A., who appears for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer(s): "I- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the impugned First Information Report dated 04-07-2025 lodged by opposite party No.4 so far as it relates to the petitioner in case Crime/FIR No. 0222 of 2025 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Kakori District Lucknow which is contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. II- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties, not to arrest the petitioner in Case Crime/FIR No. 0222 of 2025 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Kakori District Lucknow in the interest of Justice." 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the resident of Police Station Kakori, Lucknow and respondent no.4 although the resident of same police station resides in a different neighbourhood. The allegations against the petitioner is that he had set up a forged signature of the great grandfather of the informant and executed a registered 'Will Deed' dated 01.04.2016 in the office of Sub Registrar in a fraudulent manner. 4. It has also been submitted that the great grandfather of the informant died on 15.08.2016 and his 'daah sanskar'/last rites were performed by the petitioner and the petitioner thereafter moved application for mutation on the basis of 'Will Deed' made by the grand father of the informant in his favour. Now after about nine years, the informant has submitted an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S.S., 2023 on the basis of which magistrate has ordered for lodging of the F.I.R. 5. We have gone through the impugned F.I.R. and we find that specific allegation for commission of offence has made against the petitioner, therefore, this Court does not find any good ground to interfere in the impugned F.I.R. 6.
