Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, learned Standing Counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matters are heard at this stage. 3. These writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost identical reliefs. The substantive reliefs in CWP No.9130 of 2025 read as under:- 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 3 “ii. That the directions be issued to the respondent to grant the equal pay matrix to the petitioner as given to the post of Helper (Sub Station) as per the HPSEBL (Revised Pay) Regulation 2022 in Level-7 of pay matrix Rs.28400-92200 and justice be done. iii. That the representation of the petitioner may kindly be decided in view of the facts and circumstances of the matter.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred separate representations each dated 11.01.2015 (Annexure P-6/P-8) to respondent No.1 for claiming the above reliefs. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case respondent No.1/competent authority is directed to decide the aforesaid representations within a fixed time schedule. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not averse to this prayer. 5. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matters, these writ petitions are disposed of with direction to respondent No.1/ competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners dated 11.01.2025 (Annexure P-6/P-8) in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners. 4 The writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
