The present petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated 01.07.2025 issued to the petitioner proposing to cancel the arms license. 3. As the show cause notice has been issued by the authority empowered under the Act, no good ground for interference is made out. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner would be entitled to file a reply, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
