Heard Shri Badar Iftikhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the son of the petitioner is desirous of studying Sanskrit. However, there are no teachers to teach Sanskrit in the institution, in which the son of the petitioner is studying. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that there are three teachers available in the institution in question, who are teaching Sanskrit. 4. In view of the said instructions, which are taken on record, the prayer as prayed for appointment of the teachers of Sanskrit, appears to be unjustified. The writ cannot be issued as prayed. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
