The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayer: "(i) to direct the Learned Rent Tribunal (Additional District Judge, Court No.3), Sultanpur to finally decide the Rent Appeal No. 77 of 2023, titled Smt. Nupuraj Vardhan and others vs. Smt. Sheela Sahi and others' expeditiously, on merits, say within a period of two months or such fixed time as may be deemed just and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the provisions contained under Section 35(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, the directions are issued for deciding the appeal with all expedition preferably within a period of three months. 4.
